Angelo Mendoza Jr. has been living with his uncle Jesse for the past couple of months. Jesse is scheduled for a court hearing in mid January, 2010 to find out more about his well deserved victory in this unfortunate custody battle for Baby Angel. As far as Angelos vision, it is great! He acts just like any other boy would. Jesse stopped by my house the other night and had Angelo in the back seat. Angelo was yelling at the top of his lungs, "Billy, I can see you through the window!!" Over and over again! Keep in mind Jesse's back windows are limo tinted, and it was at night! I almost cried just thinking about the joy he must have in being able to see as well as he can. Kern County Courts have issued a "no media" policy for Angelo, keeping the media out of his life. So we are limited to the information we are allowed to discuss. Thank you for your time!
